Michael Demeter , Owner/ManagerMichael has been an owner/partner of 3 successful ServiceMaster businesses in Southern California with 20 years experience in this field. He has a background on both sides of this industry as a Sr. Field adjuster for insurance carriers as well as the project manager on thousands of losses. Michael was a volunteer firefighter and is a member of the NFIB, Better Business Bureau, IAQA and IICRC as a certified firm. He has a BA in Business Administration from California Lutheran University.
Cindy Hebenstreit , Director of OperationsCindy began part-time with ServiceMaster AAA Restoration in September 1999. Over the course of time what began as a part time position evolved into a full time position. In 2005 Cindy was promoted to Director of Operations where she enjoys running the daily operations of ServiceMaster, especially working with and developing the employees.
Julia Orvin , Administrative Group LeaderJulia started working with ServiceMaster on June 2005. Julia was previously a stay at home mom for 2 years. Julia got hired through a temp agency and has been at ServiceMaster AAA Restoration ever since. The first few months was not easy as Julia did not have a clue/idea what a restoration company is, but with the owner, supervisor and her co-workers’ help and support Julia is now very comfortable with what she is doing. However, learning about disaster restoration never stops; there is something new everyday!

Mark Pichner , Lead TechnicianMark came to ServiceMaster AAA Restoration in April 2001. Prior to working with ServiceMaster, Mark built and cleaned certified clean rooms. This intricate and detailed work has made Mark and excellent candidate for the disaster restoration recovery business. Mark has excelled as an employee of ServiceMaster, now serving as one of the two lead technicians; where he supervises and trains new employees.
Steve Tobias , Lead TechnicianSteve came to ServiceMaster AAA Restoration in December 2006. Prior to working with ServiceMaster, Steve worked in the construction field. ServiceMaster AAA Restoration is fortunate to benefit from Steve’s dedication and years of construction background. With attention to detail, Steve made the move to disaster restoration, an easy transition for him. Due to his hard work and dedication, Steve is currently one of our lead technicians at ServiceMaster AAA Restoration.
Elias Castro , TechnicianElias came to ServiceMaster AAA Restoration in March 2004. Prior to working with ServiceMaster, Elias use to work in a vitamin factory. He was one of the workers who would make the vitamins, by following detailed instructions and procedures. This ability and attention to detail has carried over to ServiceMaster, where Elias is very thorough and detailed-oriented at the job site.
Javier Garcia , TechnicianJavier came to ServiceMaster AAA Restoration in December 2006. Prior to working at ServiceMaster, Javier use to work in a warehouse that required him to keep the boxes and shipments organized and labeled. The attention to detail made the move to disaster restoration an easy transition for him. Javier is well apt to keeping paperwork organized as well as helping to keep residential homes clean.
